  Regardless of education background, experience or nationality
  Proficiency with one or more programming languages in Java, .NET, ASP, PHP, Objective-C, Android
  Server, network, storage or other IT infrastructure related work experience
  Linux, Unix, ActiveDirectory, VMware, Cisco, RedHat, etc.
  [Foreign nationality] JLPT N2 level or above
